Comparison
Every AI receptionist, side by side.
Prices below were taken from each provider’s public pricing page in August 2026, in the currency they publish. Where a vendor prices per call or per credit instead of per minute, we say so — that difference decides your bill more than the headline number.

Beyond the price row
Six things to check on any AI receptionist before the price matters at all.
Languages that matter in your neighbourhood
One agent speaks 25+ languages and switches mid-call — including Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Arabic and Canadian French, with the register tuned for how people actually speak on the phone.
Most competitors are English-first with Spanish or French as the second language; South Asian and Arabic coverage is rare.
Booking that happens during the call
Six calendar systems connect natively, and the agent offers real open times and books them while the caller is still on the line. Per-connector control over check-only vs book.
Many send a booking link by text and hope; several book only on their upper plans.
Set up from your real business, not a blank box
Smart setup finds your Google listing and reads your website, then writes the agent from your actual hours, services and address. You review everything before it exists.
RingCentral auto-builds from your website too; most others start from an empty prompt.
Transfers a caller can trust
Transfer to any number, by the name callers actually use ("the owner", "Mr Syed"). If someone asks for a name that is not configured, the agent says who it CAN reach instead of guessing — and a failed transfer is admitted, never faked.
Transfer exists broadly, but name-aware routing with honest failure handling is uncommon.
Texting without a surprise bill
Texts are prepaid — 2¢ each from a balance you control. When the balance cannot cover a text, nothing is promised and nothing is charged; the agent reads the details aloud instead.
Texting is commonly bundled into higher plans or priced per conversation; per-call credit systems make heavy months unpredictable.
Your systems stay yours
Connect your own calendar, CRM, or any in-house system over an open connector standard — credentials stay with your systems, never in our vault.
Most platforms hold your account tokens centrally; a breach at the vendor is a breach of every customer.
Hear it before you believe any table
Every claim above is testable in your browser in two minutes — talk to a live agent on our site, in your language, and judge it yourself.
